Staying Grounded

I spent Tuesday morning with a lovely friend in Madison, Alabama, at an adorable coffee shop called Grounded. The name says it ALL. Constance and I met shortly after we both moved here around a year ago. She is a new client that I have gained while on my new journey in this city, but she has quickly became such a wonderful friend. It was completely meant to be for us to meet because without her, I wouldn't be where I am in this "blogging world". I just don't know how I could be any more grateful for her. I remember it like it was yesterday, during our first appointment together we were discussing that she was a "food blogger". I will be honest with all of you when I say...at that very moment, I really had very little knowledge of the "blogging world" all together. Needless to say, she "put the bug in my ear". SO- I went home and did a little "blog" searching, and I quickly stumbled into a whole new world! Several months down the road I decided it was  something I was quite interested in creating for myself, and she was the first person that came to mind. I knew she would be able to guide me in the right direction. Annnnd she has! I am SO thankful for all of her time she has dedicated to helping me get my blog together. She has introduced tips and tricks and things I would have never learned on my own. THANK YOU doesn't say enough for all that she has done. Please take a moment to check out her blog!
Staying grounded is one of the biggest challenges I face in my every day life. There are so many distractions day after day, hour after hour, and minute after minute. It is so important for us to take in, enjoy, and even get a little carried away in every little detail of life that each day brings us. It is a little too easy to get too caught up in the crazy world that we all live in. So ultimately- I believe we should all try just a little bit harder on staying GROUNDED a little more often.

XOXO-
B
